PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recovery of a crushing head, to efficiently mount a water collecting pipe without being affected by the hardness of the ground, and to prevent an accident of ground subsidence.;SOLUTION: An opening part of a cylindrical drawstring bag is fixed to a front end of a cylindrical outer pipe of a press-fit pipe including the outer pipe, and an inner pipe insertably arranged in the outer pipe in a manner of allowing the water collecting pipe to penetrate. A string for closing the drawstring bag by pulling the opening part of the drawstring bag is arranged outside. The inner pipe is provided with a crushing body which is provided with the crushing head and a rod.
