PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new Sn-Sb series solder alloy excellent in terms of both creep properties and elongation properties.;SOLUTION: The Sn-Sb series solder alloy comprises, by weight, 4 to 7% Sb, 0.05 to 0.5% Ni and 0.1 to 1% Cu, and the balance Sn with inevitable impurities.
