PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane which excels in heat resistance, gas permeability, and separation selectivity, is provided with flexibility withstanding a bending test, is used for providing a gas separation membrane having few pinholes, and a production method for the same, wherein the gas separation membrane can provide a superior method for separating a gas mixture, a gas separation membrane module, and a gas separation device including the same, also excels in gas separation selectivity, in particular, permeability of carbon dioxide, exerts excellent performance as a separation membrane of carbon dioxide/hydrogen, and can provide, by the gas separation membrane and a composite membrane, an excellent gas separation method, a gas separation membrane module and a gas separation/gas refining device including the same.SOLUTION: This gas separation membrane is used for separating at least one type of acid gas from a gas mixture containing at least one type of acid gas and at least one type of non-acid gas. The gas separation membrane includes a separation-active membrane containing: a compound having a specific structure and having a boiling point or decomposition temperature ≥200°C; and a cross-linked polymer which contains a dissociable group and a repeating unit derived from alkylene glycol.
