METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALUMINOXANE COMPOSITION USING FLOW-TYPE REACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously producing an aluminoxane composition useful as a polymerization catalyst component for olefins etc. while avoiding generation of insoluble products, with a good yield and using a reactor having simple structure, the method significantly reducing a residual ratio of an organoaluminum compound used as a raw material.;SOLUTION: The method for producing an aluminoxane composition by the reaction of an organoaluminum compound and water is provided. The aluminoxane composition is obtained with a significantly reduced residual ratio of the organoaluminum compound by using and operating a flow-type reactor simultaneously having a cooling function and specific structure and dimensions, under specific conditions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
