PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive heat transfer dryer capable of efficiently using the heat of humid gas obtained as exhaust gas as a heat source for power generation, and a method and a device for recovering the heat source. PSOLUTION: Dust in the exhaust gas occurring by drying a drying material supplied to the conductive heat transfer dryer is removed through a dry type dust collector and/or a wet type dust collector, and the exhaust gas is supplied as a heat source to a power generation device using a working medium.
