PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems from viewpoints of health, pollution, etc., caused by necessity in using oily solvents or surfactants (detergent, soap, etc.) for cleaning an oil itself or a material comprising an oil mixed, dissolved or diluted with other materials, and problems that in strongly alkaline natural water, the intended uses are limited to hot spring water, mineral spring water or mineral water having extreme scarcity and developing specific and excellent properties and there is no consideration on other uses etc.;SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing a strongly alkaline natural water-oil emulsion by stirring and mixing a strongly alkaline natural water with an oil and emulsifying to an inseparable stable state by emulsifying action of an emulsifier comprising the strongly alkaline natural water; a product produced by the production method; the production method to produce the strongly alkaline natural water-oil-silicone emulsion by emulsifying the strongly alkaline natural water-oil emulsion with the silicone in an inseparable stable state; and the product produced by the production method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
