PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control system, or the like capable of setting PBX installed inside a firewall from the outside of the firewall.;SOLUTION: A computer 100 attaches setting information of the PBX 400 inside the firewall to an electronic mail, and allows a computer 200 inside the firewall to receive and decode the electronic mail to which the PBX setting information has been added from an electronic mail server outside the firewall for transmitting to the electronic mail server from the outside of the firewall with the computer 200 as a destination to perform the setting of the PBX based on PBX setting information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
