PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particles which can be uniformly dispersed in a solvent without aggregating while maintaining the particle diameter of single nanometer level, and which when a fuel electrode for an SOFC is manufactured, enables to manufacture a fuel electrode for an SOFC while maintaining the particle diameter of single nanometer level; a method for producing the same; and a zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particle dispersion. PSOLUTION: The zirconia-based composite ceramic fine particles are based on zirconium oxide and contain nickel and a metal imparting oxygen ion conductivity to the zirconium oxide by solid-dissolving in the zirconium oxide.
