PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full differential amplifier circuit such that an output common voltage is not fixed to an abnormal voltage at the start of operation.SOLUTION: The full differential amplifier circuit includes a pair of differential signal input terminals, a pair of differential signal output terminals from which a voltage between the pair of differential signal input terminals is amplified and output, an in-phase feedback circuit which performs control so that the output common voltage of the pair of differential signal output terminals is within a certain voltage range, and a startup circuit which applies a fixed voltage within an in-phase input voltage range to the pair of differential signal input terminals when the output common voltage is not within the certain voltage range.
