PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further prevent entering of external noise into a vehicle, compared with a conventional way by enhancing a closing state of a plug hole and shutting off noise outside the vehicle equally to an under panel.;SOLUTION: This plug hole plate 1 is made of a shape memory alloy material. By returning the alloy to the memory shape by heating in a drying process in a painting line, the plug hole PH is coated and the plug hole PH is closed. After closing the plug hole PH, various kinds of painting are performed for the under panel P and the plug hole plate 1 in a painting process to improve sound insulating performance of the plug hole PH.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
