PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a differential pressure forming sheet in a mould release process, and to short the cycle time when the differential pressure is formed.;SOLUTION: A sheet retaining means 20 with a sheet retaining part 21, a closed space forming body 30 with a recessed part 32 opposed to one surface S1a of a sheet S1 retained by the sheet retaining part 21, and a forming die 40 opposed to the recessed part 32 are used to make the sheet retaining part 21 and the closed space forming body 30 approach to form a space SP1 before forming surrounded by the one surface S1a of the sheet S1 and the recessed part 32, the closed space forming body 30 and the forming die 40 are approached with each other, the differential pressure of the pressure at the other surface S1b side of the sheet S1 less than the pressure of the space SP1 before forming is set to closely connect the sheet S1 with the forming die 40, the other surface S2b side of a forming sheet S2 is set to be more than the atmospheric pressure, a space SP2 after forming surrounded by one side S2a of the forming sheet S2 and the recessed part 32 is subjected to the pressure reduction to be less than the atmospheric pressure, so that the closed forming body 30 is separated from the forming die 40, and the forming sheet S2 is demoulded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
