PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measurement made capable of measuring the activity of lactatic acid dehydrogenase by colorimetry by using a new measuring reagent.;SOLUTION: In measuring the lactatic acid dehydrogenase activity by using lactic acid and an oxidation type nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide as substrates, pyruvic acid oxidase and peroxidase are made co-existent. In measuring the lactatic acid dehydrogenase activity by using pyruvic acid and a reduction type nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide as substrates, lactatic acid oxidase and peroxidase are made co-existent.
