SENSOR UNIT FOR DETECTING INTRUSION OF BACK-FILLING MATERIAL FOR SHIELD AND GROUNDWATER, AND WIRE BRUSH FOR TAIL SEAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect that a back-filling material infilled into an outer peripheral surface of a segment ring and groundwater intrude into the side of a shield machine.;SOLUTION: A wire brush 10A with a sensor unit in which the sensor unit 13 is arranged is provided at the tail of the shield machine 1 so as to detect the intrusion of the back-filling material 9 and the groundwater into the shield machine 1 through the tail seal 7. The sensor unit 13 which is possessed by the wire brush 10A comprises a sensor substrate 17 and a sensor 18. The sensor substrate 17 is a rubber plate material having a through-hole 19 penetrating a plate-thickness direction and serving as a passage for the back-filling material 9 etc., and a notch 20. The sensor 18 is arranged in a state that an electrode 21 is exposed inside the through-hole 19 and the notch 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
