PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tail seal structure of a shield machine excellent in water stop performance and durability. SOLUTION: A wire brush seal 13 is formed by holding both sides of a wire brush between a flexible outer protective plate 17 and an inner protective plate 19 and injecting foam resin into a wire part of the wire brush.
