PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve PLC side sequence control which is indispensable for interlocking with an interface for operating the pseudo memory of a PLC, and also a programmable display unit for debugging of the programmable display unit. PSOLUTION: A simulator 21 simulates control to be executed by a programmable display unit 1 to connection equipment through a memory 24 which simulates a device memory designated in control. A sequence file 27 stores sequence block data describing an operation sequence to a pseudo memory and sequence operation timing data designating a chance to execute the operation sequence. A sequence execution control function in the simulator 21 controls timing by sequentially reading sequence operation timing data from a sequence file, and executes an operation to the pseudo memory by sequentially reading the sequence block data from the sequence file.
