PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job operation management system, a job operation management method and a job operation management program which can set a schedule date of a determined schedule so as to execute advance preparation for batch processing in which a plurality of jobs are mixed on a business day. PSOLUTION: A control part 21 in a job operation management server 20 calculates a base date by using network master data and schedule master data. When the base date falls on a holiday, the base date is moved. Further, a preparation date for executing a preparation network is set in a business day on the basis of the base date. On the preparation date, a reservation file of a performance network on a preparation target date is generated by the preparation network and stored in a daily holder of a reservation file data storage part DB 9.
