PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-low hardness thermosetting polyurethane elastomer-forming composition that is free from any plasticizer and is excellent in low-temperature stability, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance and to provide a gel-like material using the composition.;SOLUTION: The super-low hardness thermosetting polyurethane elastomer-forming composition having an asker C hardness of not more than 50 is produced by reacting (A) a nurate type polyisocyanate having an average number of functional groups of 2.5-3.5 and (B) a modified polytetramethylene glycol having a number average molecular weight of 800-5,000 in an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) of less than 1.0.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
