In the semiconductor laser system which is proposed, the aforementioned extended cavity mirror of VECSEL (7), it is constituted the aforementioned resonator cavity mirror of the aforementioned semiconductor laser (10 and 12) by one. The laser system which is proposed 10 offers the design which is integrated to efficiency and the altitude which are improved.
