This invention the vertical extended resonator type surface luminous laser (VECSEL) with regards the semiconductor laser system which is formed by the semiconductor laser which the optical pumping is done. Two resonator cavity mirrors (10 and 12) the solid state laser medium which is arranged inside the laser cavity which consists of (11) it possesses the aforementioned semiconductor laser, first ones of the aforementioned cavity mirror (12) it is designed second ones of the aforementioned cavity mirror (10) as the radiation connection mirror of the aforementioned semiconductor 5 laser, in order the aforementioned semiconductor laser medium (11) to allow the optical pumping, the said second cavity mirror (10) via it is formed. In the semiconductor laser system which is proposed, the aforementioned extended cavity mirror of VECSEL (7), it is constituted the aforementioned resonator cavity mirror of the aforementioned semiconductor laser (10 and 12) by one. The laser system which is proposed 10 offers the design which is integrated to efficiency and the altitude which are improved.
