PURPOSE: A semiconductor laser of a wavelength conversion type is provided to increase the light efficiency of a wavelength conversion laser through a second harmonic wave method by eliminating wavelength change according to operation temperature change.;CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor laser diode chip(210) emits laser light. A first lens part(221) collimates light generated through a cleavage plane of the semiconductor laser diode chip. A filter(230) selectively reflects the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser diode chip. A second lens part(222) focuses the rest partial light, which transmits to the filter, to a first medium(240). The first medium changes laser light having an 808nm neighboring wavelength from partial light transmitting the filter to the laser light having a1064nm wavelength. A second medium(250) changes the frequency of the laser light having the 1064nm wavelength into 532nm laser light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
