PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor which has sufficient sensitivity to a string height change in a device for measuring string height of a stringed instrument by using the measuring string of a magnetic material and a magnetic material core. PSOLUTION: A secondary coil is divided into two magnetic poles of an upper magnetic pole and a lower magnetic pole and the measurement string is arranged between the upper and lower magnetic poles, and string height is measured by the differential voltage of the secondary coil which is divided into the upper and lower magnetic poles.
