PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to the demand of diversified nail arts by freely rendering a design on a display part of an artificial nail and by freely changing the rendered design.;SOLUTION: The artificial nail device is equipped with a laminar display layer 23 with a shape conforming to a real nail and dimensions for displaying images, a laminar solar cell layer 22 which is integrated by overlying the display layer 23 and supplies driving power to the display layer 23, and a laminar base plate 21 which is integrated by overlying the display layer 23 and is attached to and removed from the real nail. The base plate 31 is equipped with a data housing part 28 for housing display data to display on the display layer 23, a display control circuit 29 for reading out the display data from the data housing part 28 to display on the display layer 23, a solar cell control circuit 27 for controlling to store power of the solar cell layer 22, and a storage battery 24 which stores power energy for the solar cell layer 22 and supplies the power to the display part 23 and the base plate 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
