PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat rod-forming container improving yield in slicing a meat rod, and suitable for formation of the meat rod: and to provide a method for producing a formed sliced meat.;SOLUTION: The meat rod-forming container 1 is provided with a box-like lid-attached forming frame 2, and a partition member 3 partitioning one side surface of the lid-attached forming frame toward the lid surface from the bottom surface, wherein the partitioning member has a partition part 3a forming an upwardly slanting surface toward one side surface of the lid-attached forming frame so as to obtain the meat rod one side surface of which comprises a slanted one. The method for producing a formed sliced meat comprises slicing the meat rod formed by the meat rod forming container 1, and comprises a slicing process of holding the slanted surface part formed at the meat rod, and sending the meat rod in a direction of a cutting blade to be sliced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
