PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the unit price of a product as low as possible by making the width dimension of the forming face of an inner form variable so that one inner form can correspond to many kinds of prestressed concrete products of different dimensions. ;SOLUTION: An opening side of an outer form 14 is directed on the top side, and an inner form 12 is set therein with a specified clearance . Concrete 15 of high fluidity is placed in the clearance between the inner and outer forms 12, 14 to manufacture a rectangular prestressed concrete pipe P. The rectangular prestressed concrete pipe P is bisected to form U-shape prestressed concrete products P1, P2. The inner form 12 is formed by overlapping divided corner part forms 16 and plane part forms 18 so that each side is extensible, and provided with variable mechanism 19 for variably adjusting the overlap quantity to set and hold the side length of the inner form 12 to the desired value.
