PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question sentence candidate presentation device and a program, which allow even a questioner unfamiliar to interview to extract data of good quality from an answerer.SOLUTION: The question sentence candidate presentation device 100 calculates, according to answer data, the topic field of the answer data and the answer quantity, an interest score of topic field that is an index showing the degree of interest or concern of the answerer, selects a question item to be preferentially given based on the interest score of each topic field for the answer data by the answerer, and presents candidates of the selected question item to the questioner.
