PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transition validity decision program, a transition validity decision device and a transition validity decision method, allowing efficient execution of validity of transition of a state of information.;SOLUTION: This transition validity decision device 10 includes: an information selection part 151 selecting an identification number of information from business flow data including execution order of processes included in business and data related to the information used by one of the processes; a state digging-up part 152 digging up a state cable of being acquired in the business by the information identified by the selected identification number; a transition digging-out part 153 digging out a combination capable of occurring as the transition of the state of the information of combinations wherein the dug-out states are combined; and a validity decision part 154 deciding whether the transition of the state of the information is valid based on a result obtained by collating the dug-out combination and a transition master 142 defined with necessity/unnecessity of the transition in each combination between the states of the information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
