PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for mounting an EA material capable of simplifying a structure of a die for molding and reducing its manufacturing cost, and to provide the EA material and an EA material mounting structure using the clip. PSOLUTION: This clip 40 is constituted by fixing a sealing body 48 to an end face of a clip main body 41 having a through hole 42 with a stepped part 43. This clip 40 is buried in the EA material 1, and a flange part 45 is approximately flush with an outer face of the EA material 1.
