PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-component based metal particle slurry containing primary particle of nm-order showing good particle dispersion property and sufficient low temperature sintering property.;SOLUTION: On the multi-component based metal particle slurry containing metal particles different in nano-sized particle diameter in a solvent, the multi-component based metal particle slurry containing one or two kinds of particles selected from tin particle, copper particle, and silver particle having primary particle diameter of 30 nm to 300 nm is adopted to the metal particle. Further, the multi-component based metal particle slurry or the like containing 20 vol% to 70 vol% of total metal particle against 100 vol% of the multi-component based metal particle slurry is adopted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
