PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool and a method of computing a balancer mounting angle for the machine tool for easily obtaining a mounting angle of a balancer for suppressing vibration of a rotary table based on the physical quantity of eccentricity by computing the physical quantity of eccentricity of an object mounted on the rotary table, to the rotary table, based on the vibration quantity of the rotary table and the physical quantities of the rotary table and object mounted on the rotary table.;SOLUTION: A main control part 110 of a composite machine detects vibration during the rotation of the rotary table based on the fluctuation of a position droop computed in a servo system. The main control part 110 computes the physical quantity of eccentricity of a workpiece W mounted on the rotary table 30 based on the vibration quantity and the respective physical quantities of the rotary table 30 and workpiece W.
