The supply ports of one pair of left and right turnup bladders 6a, 6b are connected to the supply source 14 of a bladder expansion medium Q such as air or the like via supply means 17a, 17b comprising an electro-pneumatic converter pressure-reducing valve 15a, 15b and switching valves 16a, 16b or the like.
