PARTIAL GAUGE BLADDER SORTING DEVICE OF A CURING BLADDER FOR REDUCING FAILURE RATIO RELATED TO THE BLADDER BY PREVENTING A PARTIAL EXPANSION OF A GREEN TIRE

PURPOSE: A partial gauge bladder sorting device of a curing bladder is provided to prevent partial excessive expansion and stress concentration of a green tire caused by a partial gauge of the bladder before mounting the partial gauge bladder to a vulcanizer and accordingly to improve uniformity of the tire. CONSTITUTION: In a partial gauge bladder sorting device of a curing bladder(2), the curing bladder mounted between upper and lower rotary bladder clamps(1,1') and measures run-out of the rotating curing bladder by a vision camera(3) while the air is inserted and inflated in the bladder and sorts a partial gauge bladder in a monitor(5) of an analyzing unit(4). A vertically moving table(7) connected to a servo motor(6) is installed at the upper bladder clamp. A horizontally moving table(8) linked with other servo motor(6') is mounted at the lower bladder clamp. Air inlet and outlet pipes(9,9') are installed and connected with a pressure regulator(10) and control valves(11,11').
