PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake duct structure for a vehicular air-conditioner capable of separating foreign substances such as water drops from introduced outside air in a small space, and introducing only air into a vehicular compartment.;SOLUTION: An outside air introducing structure comprises an air intake duct 21 for an air-conditioner introducing the outside air into the vehicular compartment, outside air introducing ports 16, 17 communicating the outside of a vehicle and the inside of the air intake duct 21, and a vehicular compartment side introducing port 32 communicating the inside of the air intake duct 21 and the inside of the vehicular compartment.
