PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve impedance matching between resonance antennas of a direct power feed type surface-mounted multiple-resonance antenna with a simple structure. PSOLUTION: This antenna device 1 includes a substrate 20 having a power supply line 27, and a surface-mounted multiple-resonance antenna 10 having a base 11 and a conductor pattern formed on the base 11 and installed on the substrate 20, wherein the conductor pattern includes antenna conductor patterns 13A, 13B, and a plane conductor pattern 16 which connects each of the antenna conductor patterns 13A, 13B to the power supply line 27; the plane conductor pattern 16 includes a slit 16a which controls the connection distance between at least a portion of each of the antenna conductor patterns 13A, 13B and the power supply line 27; and the substrate 20 does not include a conductor pattern in a region corresponding to the slit 16a.
