PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply quite homogenized distribution to a mixture of two kinds of fluids, one of which is a gaseous form and light and the other one of which is a liquid form and dense.;SOLUTION: The apparatus is arranged at the upstream of a granular bed 70 or between two continuous granular beds inside a reaction chamber, and mixes and distributes the dense fluid generally the liquid form and the light fluid generally the gaseous form. The apparatus is characterized by a tube system 50 for introducing the dense fluid to a level positioned at the upper part of a plate, preferably adjacent to a level of a plate 62, and the level lower than the level wherein the interface between the dense fluid and light fluid is formed from the outside of a reactor.
