PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film for surface treatment having a specific surface structure necessary for a surface-treated film to stably exhibit high gas barrier and moisture-proofness.;SOLUTION: The resin film for surface treatment has a molar ratio of oxygen to carbon of ≥0.24 on the surface.
