A Composition comprising of Ayurvedic / Herbal constituents and Dietary constituents, and Process of making thereof, for general human health up-liftment and to reduce malnutrition, the said ayurvedic / herbal constituents and dietary constituents selected accor□ing to various factors inclu□ing the age group and the specific requirement; the said ayurvedic / herbal constituents comprising of one or more constituents selected from constituents such as Shatavari, Aswagandha, Vidarikanda, Varanhakanda, Pimpali, Brahmi, Arjuna, Manjishtha, Amalaki, Shankhapushpi, Vakari, Chopchini, Sagargota, Dikemali, Murudsheng, Hirda, Balhirda, Kuda, Vekhand, Halkund, Kakadshingi, Nagarmotha, Ashwagandha, Suntha, Behada, Jeshthamadh, mayaphal, kumari gulwel, etc., depen□ing upon various factors inclu□ing specific requirement, and in appropriate proportions; the said dietary constituents comprising of one or more selected from constituents such as soyabeen, Nachani, sugar, palak, jayphal, badam, wheat, edible oil, khuskhus, Haliv, Kharik, moong, etc., depen□ing upon various factors inclu□ing specific requirements, and in appropriate proportions, provi□ing protein, fats, carbohydrates, calcium, vitamins, etc.; the said specific requirement being such as provi□ing nutrition to pregnant women, for male and females of all ages, for breast fee□ing mothers, for children, for adolescent girls, Qtc; the said nutritious composition capable of being administered in any form inclu□ing powder, biscuits and like. The process of making the said composition comprises of preparing the ayurvedic constituents and dietary constituents separately, and mixing the resultants to produce the said composition; the said ayurvedic constituents being taken in crude form to be sorted, cleaned, and pulverized, the said pulverized constituents are added in a predetermined proportion accor□ing to the requirement in about predetermined quantity of water, and slowly boiled till only about 25% water remains, the said solution is then filtered and cooled to have extract of the ayurvedic constituents; the said dietary constituents are sorted, cleaned and separately ground to obtain flour, which is then mixed in predetermined proportions as required, wherein proportionate sugar is added; the entire mixture of the dietary constituents obtained and the ayurvedic constituents" solution obtained is mixed with fats; the said mixture is then further treated to make biscuits or powder, in accordance with the requirement.
