METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING MIDDLE-GROWN BIOTYPES OF LODGING-RESISTANT SPRING HARD WHEAT

摘要

A method for identifying lodging-resistant biotypes of spring hard wheat consists in that the assessment of the initial material is carried out by anatomical traits of the second lower stem internode. The assessment is carried out by calculating the number of rounded vascular-conducting parenchymal bundles for differentiating the initial material and revealing middle-grown biotypes with improved lodging resistance.
