METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION UNDER CONDITIONS OF MICRO-MERCURIALISM

摘要

Method for evaluation of effectiveness of pharmacological correction under conditions of micromercurialism includes investigation of nerve tissue. In peripheral sections of affected sciatic nerve of a rat reproduction of standard model of injury of peripheral nerve under conditions of micromercurialism one determines different stages of deformation of newly formed nerve fibers and distortion of maturing of connection tissue, results obtained are compared to control and at decrease of degeneratively changed nerve tissues one evaluates effectiveness of pharmacological correction under conditions of micromercurialism.
