Method for evaluation of effectiveness of correction of distortions of lipid metabolism at experimental ischemic cerebral disease under conditions of immune sensitization through investigation of blood at which one determines fat acid composition of lipids of plasma by means of method of gas-liquid chromatography, one determines content of palmitic and arachidonic and sum of saturated and poly-unsaturated fat acids with calculation of ratio of those by formula. One compares those values to control ones and at values of coefficients K1 and K2 approaching control values one evaluates effectiveness of correction with immunofan of lipid metabolism at ischemic diseases of cerebrum.
