A mixed feed composition for growing channel catfish and bester comprises fish meal, meat and bone meal, herb meal, wheat flour, crushed pea, sunflower cake, protein-vitamin concentrates based on ethanol, a premix, cholinchloride, a sunflower phosphatide concentrate. Dry lecithin is added to the mixed feed composition in an amount of 0.50-0.60 % of the mixed feed mass. Said lecithin comprises at least 96.5 % of the phosphatides and at most 2 % of fat.
