A method for determination if expression degree of left ventricle outlet tract stenosis at hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy by mitral insufficiency spectrum provides the techniwue of determination of calculated systolic pressure gradient between the left ventricle and aorta in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy using Doppler echocardiography.
