When needed, mitral valve fibrous ring plastic repair is carried out using supporting ring. Radical surgical correction of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy is carried out without opening the ascending aorta segment wall and cardiac ventricles to reduce in controllable way diastolic function of left ventricle myocardium in concurrently performing appropriate surgical correction.
