Device for measuring of range to objects has body, emitter, telescope, silicon photo-receiver, collection capacitor. Emitter is arranged on active element made of potassium-gadolinium tungstate with pump lamp with reflector and with crystalline passive laser gate. Resonator is formed with system of two parallel mirrors, output and totally reflecting ones, with multi-layer dielectric coating that reflects. Device has as well pre-amplifier with elements for automated control of amplification, circuit for support of working point, element of system of thermo-stabilization, boundary unit, stabilizer of low-voltage power supply, filters of feeding voltages, optical block with objective, lamp, automation card, card of emitter power supply, pulse transformer, light guide.
