A method for cooking kus-kus with shrimps such that of kus-kus is poured with boiled water putting butter therein. 4 pieces of tiger shrimps of the size 16/20 with the head are fried on a frying pan adding of sliced bulb onion, of garlic. Separately of tomatoes are grated on a grater and boiled out up to thickening, dressed with salt and sugar to taste, after what the fried shrimps are poured with the ready tomato sauce. The kus-kus is laid out, and from above the fried tiger shrimps in the tomato sauce are laid out. The dish is decorated with of greenery.
