A method for forming litter material for floor growing of broiler chickens is characterized by forming a layer of litter material, including wastes of processing farm products, on the surface of the floor of a poultry house. The thickness of the layer of litter material is regulated depending on meteorological conditions. Once the layer of litter material is arranged on the surface of the floor, it is treated with a disinfectant.
