METHOD FOR TREATING HYPERTENSIVE DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH FATNESS AND DIABETES OF 2ND TYPE DEPENDING ON PRESENCE OF Pro12Ala POLYMORPHISM OF PPAR GENE

A method for treating hypertensive disease in patients with fatness and diabetes of the 2type depending on the presence of the Pro12Ala polymorphism of the PPAR gene includes prescription of hypertensive drug therapy. First the polymorphism of the gene PPAR is determined in patients. In the presence of the Pro12Ala polymorphism the drug therapy is prescribed with the control of the adiponectin content, C-reactive protein and the target level of the arterial pressure. The drug therapy is continued at a trend towards normalizing the stated indices or the therapy is changed at insignificant effect thereof on said indices or the absence of the trend towards normalizing.
