A discount formation method after having effected payments by customer / clients in the internetwork of realization of goods / services where data for identification of buyer who gave consent with sales conditions of trade in products / services into storage memory of initial array are entered, transfer them into database archiving unit and these data processing unit. Each sale terminal of goods / services are equipped at least by one means of fixation of payment from each performed purchase / service to be transferred information through a communication means into an initial array-server memory generation, with the following transmission of information into processing unit for data of performed purchases where according to previously launched a program, allowance of discounts is effected to be distributed through communication means for private electronic accounts / buyer wallets, for which after having reached a certain sum, additional discounters are formed. Discount formation are effected both from purchase of individual buyer and from the whole group of buyers / clients of internetwork of realization of goods / services. The sum of discount is reimbursed to the buyer in any allowable to his (her) appearance. The size of a discount is growing with each following purchase of any of buyers / clients of the group.
