METHOD FOR REMOTE CONTROL OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF AQUATIC MEDIUM

摘要

Method for remote investigation of acute toxicity of aquatic medium includes placement of a container with test bio-object to water medium under investigation, with remote analysis of changes of spectral parameters of light caused by changes of state of test bio-object. At preparation of test bio-object one first places to container mi x of yeast with sugar, and then after bringing it to water medium container is filled with water from that very water medium. One fixes changes of spectral parameters of water surface caused by foam coming to existence. At presence or absence of such changes one diagnoses absence or presence in aquatic medium of substances with acute toxicity.
