摘要

Method for study of acute toxicity of aquatic environment includes placement of container with test live biological object to aquatic environment under investigation. The test live biological object before placement to container is preliminarily kept in water solution of vital dye neutral red, and after placement of container to water medium one additionally introduces to container solution of alkaloid.
