The invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiac surgery, and can be used to select a method of surgical treatment for giant aneurysms of the left ventricular postinfarct posterobasal localization.A process for aneurysmectomy and plastics of left ventricle in patients with giant posterobasal aneurysms comprises the surgical intervention with cardiopulmonary bypass. According to the invention the adhesiotomy of 2-3 cm width from the base of the aneurysm of healthy myocardium after T-shaped incision of the upper canopy is carried out, blood clots are removed in the area of neck and the aneurysm is cut off from inside of the bag at the distance of 1.5-2 cm from the cervix, with the defect closure of the left ventricle defect stitching without removal the aneurysmal bag, which free walls are sutured with blanket suture together with the pericardium.Technical result: the process that is proposed is affordable, effective and will significantly improve the immediate and distance results of treatment.
