The conveying device is attached to an adding device (6), which adds the conveying medium with an elasticity enhanced dust-binding additive (7) that reduces material stresses. The additive is added to the conveying medium in the form of atomized spray immediately after entry of the dry fuel into a glass pipe (5). The additive includes oil, melted or fluid wax, or fat.
